Help us take Green Baby Steps and win a $10.00 Gift Certificate. Please call or e-mail us on all of your "Gradual Greening" accomplishments. We promise to share them with our"Newsletter List of Friends" and issue a $10.00 Gift Certificate each month for the most innovative idea. You may also share what you observe as "Not So Green" behavior that can be difficult to modify and is not deserving of a Gift Certificate.

Green Goods reuses both recyclable and biodegradable packaging (boxes and protective stuffing), that we receive from our product suppliers, whenever possible. Green Goods provides "Toxin-Free" data and reports on product ratings. Check the E.W.G. website (Environmental Working Group) www.ewg.org to assist with your "informed purchases".

  2. Maple Landmark produces U.S.A. made toys and games for all ages,in Vermont from locally sourced hardwood using sustainable Forestry methods. They continue to introduce new products, some that contain no stains or dyes at all (Laser Imprinting) or a toxin-free beeswax/Tung Oil coating for their Naturals line. They are our exclusive toy/game source.



  3. Green Goods at www.buygreengoods.com as part of our "Giving back to our Local Community" is developing long term relationships with the following Local Community Programs:

    • Loaves and Fishes in Ayer, MA. provide food, clothing, toys for children and parents and also foster the encouragement that leads to both self-reliance and independence.

    • The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals — Nevins Farm at www.mspca.org/nevins. Nevins Farm provides both on-site care, fostering and adoption for less fortunate farm animals, dogs and cats.

    • Green Goods is continuing to provide personal care and cleaning products, toys and games, as well as pet care products to these giving local organizations.
